A lot of surgeons accept Medicare Insurance and it can sometimes be hard to choose the right doctor. Please do your research on the reviews some of these surgeons have. At Florida Surgery Consultants we are a HIGHLY RATED group that always puts the patients first. We are a non-physician owned practice that has a large staff in order to run the office smoothly. Our surgeons are allowed to recommend treatment options to our patients that truly help the patient get better. Being a non-physician owned practice the doctors can be doctors, they do not have to worry about the back end of things and can just do what they do best, treat patients.

Spine Surgeons that Accept Medicare

Our main focus is to provide treatment for back pain. Back pain will affect 80% of people sometime in their lives and is also one of the most common reason people miss work. An estimated $50 billion dollars is spent each year in the United States for back pain issues. Most of these patients that require spine surgery go to Orthopedic Spine Surgeons.

The difference with our surgeons is, they are Neurosurgeons that have specialized in spine surgery. Both of our Neurosurgeons have done surgery on the brain and have gone through the most rigorous courses and education in order to become a Neurosurgeon. When it comes to the spine, the best surgeon to go to is a Neurosurgeon. Our doctors will tell you themselves, the entire goal is to avoid surgery unless it is absolutely necessary.
