GREAT experience with Dr Jonathan Hall. Was treated by Dr Hall for about two and half years before he recommended surgery. I had a lumbar fusion on 9/22/2021. I really respect the fact that Dr Hall took the time to exhaust all other conservative treatment options (meds, steroid injections, physical therapy, etc) before recommending surgery. The surgery I had was not pleasant, but by the time he recommended it I was confident it was absolutely necessary. Dr Hall took the time to describe the steps of the surgery, and what to expect before and immediately after. Dr. Hall has been a blessing. After having really bad experiences with Neurosurgeons in the Lakeland area, I was about to just give up and endure the pain. One visit to Dr. Hall and there was a plan in place to help me. He is not quick to recommend surgery and I appreciate that but he is not hesitant when that is the only way to resolve the issue. Instead of a fusion in my lower back he did what is call Coflex surgery and I now have NO pain and still have full motion in my lower back. I very recently had a major spine surgery on my lumbar spine with Dr. Jonathan Hall. Shockingly, and very immediate post surgery, I have experienced a 100% pain free result. I had been testing with other physicians for months due to a motor vehicle accident back in February of this year, and suffered tremendous pain from my low back that radiated all the way down my right side, down my leg, into my right foot and toes. I was unable to walk normal, stand in an upright position for more than a couple seconds, much less walk any kind of a distance. My life immediately came to a halt. I could not sit in a chair/vehicle/bed, etc. without sitting on a pillow at an angle. I received numerous surgical injections from other physicians while gaining zero relief. Months of going through this type of pain and discomfort started messing with my psyche after a period of time I was left feeling depressed and hopeless. Fast forward 10 days post op and all I can describe my results with Dr. Hall as nothing short of a miracle and an answer to many prayer’s I’d prayed for relief. I honestly did not think that any doctor would be able to relieve me of this debilitating pain and I went into this surgery center skeptical of a perfect result. But, I am a clear example of someone who has had a profound joy of getting my life back, being relieved of every ounce of pain I previously suffered, as well as not even needing the pain medication I was prescribed post surgery. The staff are immaculately professional and everyone on his team worked diligently in getting me scheduled quickly.
